Zeng is an experienced executive who has lead organisations in strategy, innovation, marketing, customer experience and customer service delivery.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATE:

Zeng holds an MBA degree from Fudan University.

WORKING EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE:

Zeng has worked with some of the world’s leading organisations such as HSBC Bank and Agilent Technologies. This has provided him with highly valuable insights, the value of which he utilises at ARJ every single day.
